Requirements

Open to individuals 18 and over

Must be a resident of Pennsylvania

Must have a high school diploma or GED

Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license

Be able to perform physical work

Must pass a drug test

To provide educational and employment training to increase the number of people of color and women entering the construction union apprenticeship programs as well as construction unions.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create equal access to building trade apprenticeships and construction union careers for all citizens of Philadelphia and surrounding areas. We are guided by the values of commitment, hard work, honesty, diversity, teamwork, and community, which shape every aspect of our training and support.
